InterviewReady is a structured program where you will develop and master a system that builds Career Fluency. It was built by a career recruiter who spent nearly thirty years on the corporate side of hiring and conducted over ten thousand interviews. What you learn is repeatable, scalable, and can be used for career-critical situations like performance reviews, promotions, one-to-ones, hiring, compensation negotiations, and conflict management.

Clearly defined goals and stages, starting with a detailed first session and adaptable to each client: your situation, your learning style, and how you will partner best with a coach
Personalized one-to-one coaching sessions, an hour or more each, at least weekly through completion of the stages, with ongoing sessions guiding you through live interview processes
